Preferred qualifications: + Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Import Specialist (CIS). + Experience collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and extended workforce providers, with the ability to provide compliance process training to non-compliance stakeholders. + Experience working in an international, collaborative, and cross-functional environment. + Knowledge of United States (US) export/import control and North America/South America country-specific trade regulations as well as experience in customs broker management. + Ability to use the ACE portal, SAP, GTM (docs, sheets, etc.). + Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to present information to executive level management.
