Our Receptionist / Patrol Officer positions helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a clientu2019s employees and customers. Temporary Security Officer: $17.77/hr Location: Charlton, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00PM - 12:00AM Please note that this is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months. After the duration of this position is over, extension or reassignment is possible but not guaranteed. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. Qualifications: u00b7 Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure. u00b7 Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams. u00b7 Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach. u00b7 Intermediate computer skills required. u00b7 Some prior customer service experience preferred. Requirements: u00b7 At least 18 years of age. u00b7 Reliable means of communication and transportation. u00b7 Legal right to work in the United States. u00b7 Ability to effectively speak, read and write English. u00b7 High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. u00b7 Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
