Account Specialist (Temp) - Excel & Google Sheets experience REQUIRED Tampa, FL 33625 $20/HR Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Remote on Fridays *This is a 3-6 month Temp assignment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to review and analyze budgets/GP. Represent DMS on client calls and emails. Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients. Manage a large volume of emails daily. (Gmail) Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in atimely fashion. Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.) Creation of client specific analysis reports reflecting metrics including staffing, budgets, revenue, attendance and any other specific report asked to present. Support the Client Relations Executive and assist with any client needs. Support the CRE in managing client specific KPI’s. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks. Computer skills including: Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis. Work independently and highly self motivated. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Initiative, attention to detail. Thoroughness, dependability, tact and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Office Environment experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Excel and Google Sheets experience required
