Finisher/Polisher Finisher / Polisher u2013 Aerospace Industry 1st or 2nd Shift (7am-3:30pm or 4:30pm-12:30am) What if the steady hand and sharp eye youu2019ve mastered could shape parts that keep airplanes flying safelyu2014and your precision really mattered every single day? Weu2019re hiring a Finisher/Polisher to work on complex airfoil components in a quality-driven shop. What Youu2019ll Do + Hand belt grind airfoil shapes to final contour and dimension + Deburr and break sharp edges + Polish and finish platform surfaces and radii + Inspect contours, dimensions, twist, and edges + Help qualify new part setups and determine polishing methods Whatu2019s Required + 1u20133+ years of hand finishing, polishing, or deburring + Experience belt grinding complex shapes + Strong understanding of GD&T + Skilled inspecting tight tolerances + Aerospace or airfoil experience preferred + Detail-focused and quality-driven Pay & Benefits + $20u2013$26/hour (based on experience) 15% shift differential (2nd shift) + Health, dental, vision, life insurance. 401(k) with company match.
