Wastewater Project Manager at System One in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Wastewater Project Manager Location: Boise, Idaho Type: Contract Compensation: $85 - $90 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite PROJECT MANAGER Provides direction and management for projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsible for the profitability of each element of the project and all of the financial elements of the project. Responsible for the scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Plans and defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans. Typically manages projects up to $250 million in total installed cost. This role is part of an owner’s representative organization in Boise, Idaho. Candidate is required to be on-site and will report owner’s on-site team. Client is currently building an advance manufacturing facility and they are looking for a project manager with strong background in wastewater, water treatment and similar projects. Specific Responsibilities - Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. - Forecasts monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project. - Develops and manages the budget; oversees the profitability of the project. - Responsible for project invoicing and billing including all accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Oversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required. - Establishes the project requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. - Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. - Monitors and negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors. - Markets and secures additional work with client. - Maintains client relationships and rapport with potential teaming partners. - Develops career development plans with all direct reports and identifies and coordinates training needs and requests for thei To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
