Date Posted: 2026-03-30 Country: United States of America Location: OTFLH: Florida Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, FL, 33408 USA Otis Elevator is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director, Modernization Sales to lead the U.S. and Canada modernization commercial business. This role provides strategic leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Strategy + Lead, develop, and sustain a high-performing, geographically dispersed organization of sales managers and professionals. + Define and execute a multi-year Modernization sales strategy focused on growth, pricing discipline, and customer value. + Foster a highu2011performance, accountable, and customeru2011centric sales culture. Sales & Commercial Execution + Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle including pipeline management, forecasting, proposal, and sales process execution. + Ensure quota alignment, performance management, and adherence to the defined sales governance processes. + Drive disciplined pricing, margin expansion, and profit assurance. + Partner with Sales Operations on analytics, reporting, and incentive programs. Customer Experience + Lead customer retention efforts and drive achievement of worldu2011class Net Promoter Scores. + Strengthen the relationships with Otis key customers, vendors, and consultants. + Promote valueu2011based selling and modern, customeru2011first engagement practices. Modernization Portfolio & Market Growth + Own modernization revenue growth, portfolio health, and segment share expansion. + Analyze market and competitive trends to identify and execute targeted growth initiatives. + Support solutioning, scope development, and lifecycle value optimization. Crossu2011Functional Partnership + Partner with Operating Area Sales Managers, Executives, and Field Operations leadership teams to align Modernization strategy and execution. + Support regional teams on training initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement programs + Provide market insights to influence product and service development. Education + Bacheloru2019s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred + 10+ years of elevator industry experience, including modernization sales leadership. Experience & Qualifications + Proven ability to lead and develop dispersed teams and people leaders. + Strong customer relationship and Net Promoter Score improvement track record. + Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and margin control. + Strong commercial acumen and understanding of technical modernization solutions. + Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. + Selfu2011motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable in a technical environment. + Strong computer and technology proficiency (Microsoftu2011based tools). Location & Travel + This role is flexible to remote location within the US or Canada. + Travel required up to 30u201350% The target salary range for this role is $200-260K. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This position will be eligible for an annual bonus incentive and annual restricted stock unit awards.
