Executive Communications Specialist Location: Downtown Atlanta (Onsite 4 days per week) Assignment Duration: April 15, 2026 u2013 April 16, 2027 Position Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking an Executive Communications Specialist to support senior leaders by crafting compelling, highu2011impact communications. This role partners directly with executivesu2014including CEOs, SVPs, and other senior leadersu2014to develop strategic narratives, presentations, and messaging that influence internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate brings outstanding writing abilities, proven projectu2011management skills, and experience navigating fastu2011paced, matrixed environments. This position also plays a key role in supporting major initiatives and largeu2011scale events requiring crossu2011functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities + Develop executiveu2011level written communications, presentations, and messaging. + Partner closely with senior leaders to understand priorities and shape strategic communication plans. + Conduct research, synthesize complex information, and turn insights into clear, engaging storytelling. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring onu2011time and highu2011quality delivery. + Lead and coordinate crossu2011functional efforts for large events, programs, and communication initiatives. + Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold brand voice, tone, and quality standards. + Collaborate effectively across teams in a matrixed organization. Desired Qualifications + Demonstrated experience writing for or directly supporting executives (CEO, SVP, etc.). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Experience with video, graphics, or multimedia production is a plus. + Strong projectu2011management experience, including building and scaling new programs. + Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured, organized manner. + Proven success collaborating across diverse teams on large, complex projects. + Outstanding attention to detail and deadlineu2011driven mindset. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
