Account Manager, Insurance

About the Role Insureon is seeking an Account Manager to service and maintain a book of Management Liability accounts, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability, and Crime coverage for Private Company and Not-For-Profit clients. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. What You'll Do + Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of Management Liability accounts through the full policy lifecycle u2014 new business, renewals, and endorsements + Gather client information and documentation; set up new accounts in our AMS system + Review and process policy endorsements, loss runs, and notices with accuracy and timeliness + Submit applications to carriers to obtain new and renewal quotes + Resolve client issues and answer coverage questions independently + Document all transactions and client interactions in the AMS system + Collaborate with team members to ensure renewal workflows are completed on time + Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to developing more efficient procedures What We're Looking For Required + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proven customer service experience with a track record of problem-solving + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team + Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability + High school diploma or equivalent Preferred + Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License _(support for obtaining licensure may be available for the right candidate)_ + Prior experience in Management Liability or commercial insurance account management + Familiarity with AMS or similar agency management systems Compensation & Benefits + Salary: $50,000u2013$70,000, based on experience and location + Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; FSA/HSA; 401(k); paid time off; and eligibility for bonuses About Insureon Insureon is a division of Specialty Program Group and HUB International.
