Summary: The Director, AI Transformation provides enterprise level leadership for high priority, high value artificial intelligence and automation initiatives aligned with the organizationu2019s strategic vision. This role leads and governs a cross functional AI delivery team (Tiger Team) responsible for rapidly translating executive priorities into scalable, compliant, and outcome driven AI solutions. This leader partners closely with executive operational and technology stakeholders to architect innovative initiatives that deliver measurable results while executing the RUSH AI Strategy. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Tiger Team Leadership & Strategy u2022 Act as a catalyst to accelerate AI deployments, closely working with applications teams. u2022 Lead and coordinate cross functional Tiger Teams (business analysts, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, clinicians, operations, vendors) u2022 Map current state workflows u2022 Investigate high value workflows u2022 Prioritize and sequence work based on enterprise value, and urgency u2022 Serve as escalation point for issues related to data, models, workflows, and adoption AI & Analytics Program Execution u2022 Direct rapid assessments of AI/analytics use cases, including feasibility, risk, data readiness, and expected value u2022 Guide development of AI functional requirements, use case roadmaps, proofs of concept, and production deployments u2022 Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, analytics standards, and architectural principles u2022 Oversee model lifecycle activities including validation, monitoring, and performance review Governance, Risk & Responsible AI u2022 Ensure AI and analytics solutions comply with HIPAA, data privacy, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements u2022 Partner with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams on AI governance, responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability Stakeholder & Executive Engagement u2022 Act as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and executive leadership u2022 Translate complex analytics and AI concepts into clear, actionable executive communications u2022 Manage expectations, tradeoffs, and timelines in high visibility initiatives Performance, Outcomes & Value Realization u2022 Define KPIs, success metrics, and benefits realization plans for AI and analytics initiatives u2022 Track outcomes related to quality, efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and clinician experience u2022 Produce concise executive deliverables (issue briefs, decision memos, dashboards, outcome summaries) Team Development & Continuous Improvement u2022 Mentor Tiger Team analysts and leads in advanced analytics and AI delivery practices u2022 Promote repeatable playbooks, templates, and lessons learned from Tiger Team engagements Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
