What Youu2019ll Do + Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems + Handle service calls, maintenance, and warranty work + Work on furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems, and A/C equipment + Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions + Recommend repairs or improvements when appropriateu2014 not sales-driven What you need to succeed: + Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience + EPA Universal Certification + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills + Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills + Ability to work independently while being part of a team + High school diploma or GED Why should you join our team?
