Market Territory: Greater Los Angeles, CA area. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES + Maximizes vehicle retail sales and achieve vehicle wholesale objectives. + Supports Added Security, Certified Pre-Owned Sales. + Improves customer satisfaction, measured by Owner Loyalty Program (OLP) and Ascent scores. + Consults with retailer on profitability. + Achieves port installed accessory objectives. + Develops retailer internet operations, lead processes and web optimization. + Completes new retailer installations, orientation for new Sales Managers. + Assists in enforcement of Retailer Agreement, Minimum Standards, and Addenda. + Provides 10-day sales estimates and provides weekend business data. + Consultation on retailer lead management/processes.
