Job Category Supply Chain & Procurement Position Summary This resource will do Supply Planning for our Commercial Supply Chain u2013 focusing on the Off the Road division. This role coordinates with sales, manufacturing and global sources to ensure customer service and optimal supply mix. Cross-functional collaboration and strong analytical skills are required for success in this role. Scope will include triangulating multiple inputs to develop the most-informed supply plan, ensuring alignment with internal and external business partners, balancing business requirements with supply chain network constraints, performing business risk assessment, identifying and mitigating supply constraints, and continuously improving supply chain processes. Responsibilities + Lead analysis to deliver cross functionally aligned make / buy plan, as well as a key contributor to supply reviews to drive consensus alignment, including documenting assumptions, risks, and opportunities. + Leads coordination of monthly domestic and import plan to ensure optimal customer supply. + Investigate root causes of supply gaps and develop preventive/corrective measures. + Execute aligned purchased plan with global sources; executing POs and monitoring through delivery to meet customer service expectations. + Support monthly meeting cadences with import suppliers and customers to communicate opportunities and solve issues. + Initiate and drive process and system improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply planning process. + Analyze, develop, and globally communicate the short (0-3 month) plan + Responsible for production compliance tracking for supply sources u2013 order and confirmation entry, system maintenance, and monthly KPI reporting. + Support Sales and Operation Execution and IBP Supply Review processes. Minimum Qualifications + Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bacheloru2019s degree; or 3 years and a masteru2019s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. + Bachelors degree, required. Preferred business, supply chain, or engineering/mathematics. + 1-3 years experience in supply chain planning or data analytics required. + u201cCan dou201d attitude with strong attention to detail. + Strong analytical, critical thinking capability, required. + Advanced proficient use in Excel, required. + Experience in advanced planning capability tools (ex. Blue Yonder / JDA, o9, SAP APO / IBP, Kinaxis), preferred.
