Cybersecurity & Privacy Lead

Braskem America, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity & Privacy Lead in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities to include: Lead Cybersecurity and Privacy Operations; Manage Cybersecurity Incident Response and Forensic Investigations; Drive Global Data Protection and Privacy; Develop and enforce global data protection policies aligned with GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and other applicable frameworks ; Lead Cybersecurity Projects and Strategic Initiatives in the U.S.; Perform Technical Assessments and Audits; Monitor and Report DLP; Conduct Cybersecurity and Privacy Training for U.S. Team Members. 20% domestic and international travel. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable), 24 months experience in job offered or related and experience with the following: Leading multidisciplinary teams across global regions; Engaging with technical and non-technical audiences; Stakeholder management and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Business units. Developing and delivering impactful training and awareness programs; Experience with data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD) and international trends in Artificial Intelligence regulations; Effectively communicating and developing professional relationships with top-level executives; and Experience conducting, including the recovery, analysis, and preserving of digital evidence while maintaining the chain of custody.
