Essential Duties: + Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors in residential units, common areas, dining facilities, hallways, and other designated spaces. + Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, or perform other techniques on floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents to ensure all surfaces remain clean and sanitized. + Inspect floors for damages, cracks, or wear and tear, and notify appropriate maintenance personnel for repairs. Related Experience: + Previous experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work preferred. + Knowledge of various floor care techniques and various equipment preferred.
