Workforce Planning & Development Leader Richmond, VA 23228 ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Development Leader to support our large-scale construction operations by evaluating, deploying, and optimizing skilled trades talent across multiple job sites. Based in Richmond, VA, this role partners closely with Operations leadership and field teams to ensure the right craft professionals are assigned to the right projects at the right time, supporting safety, productivity, quality, and schedule performance across our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction teams. You should have: + 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large, complex construction projects. + Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing construction. + Experience managing and supporting large craft workforces. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. + Data center construction experience strongly preferred. Trades Supported: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, including plumbers, pipefitters, pipe welders, electricians, HVAC technicians, and sheet metal mechanics/installers.
