Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Part-Time Trainer (Microsoft Copilot/M365) to join their team. As a Part-Time Trainer (Microsoft Copilot/M365), you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting the IT and user adoption teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to training and user engagement, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Part-Time Trainer (Microsoft Copilot/M365) Location: On-site in Raleigh, NC Pay Range: $41.00/hr What's the Job? + Create and deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Develop practical training materials and resources tailored to different user roles and skill levels. + Train users on Microsoft 365 Copilot, demonstrating real-world applications to improve productivity and tool adoption. + Assess training effectiveness through feedback, polls, and performance metrics, continuously refining training approaches. + Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify technical questions and ensure training content aligns with organizational goals. What's Needed? + Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft 365 Copilot. + Proven ability to design and deliver effective technical training sessions. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences. + Experience in helping users adopt new technology tools and improve work efficiency.
