Generally, you will work alone and be the face of our brand, executing exterior cleaning services to a high level that will delight our customers. You will independently manage your assigned truck and equipment, communicate with homeowners when needed, and support training and service consistency for the division. Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically capable, and able to work independently in the field while maintaining customer professionalism. The role requires experience as a lead technician or sole field technician with both the soft skills and the technical ability to perform excellent work.
