This individual will grow sales and market share across existing accounts and generate new business with new accounts. They will have end-to-end responsibility for sales pursuits. Key responsibilities will include working across all departments, including senior leadership at our existing and new customers. Critical skills will include leveraging resources across the organization to secure opportunity wins. This is a fully remote position. We will not offer sponsorship or relocation for this position. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: u2022 Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for growth for the Food Retail vertical u2022 Cultivate and expand existing key accounts; identify new business opportunities with non-Danfoss accounts in your designated region u2022 Strengthen relationships at C-suite level with existing and new key accounts u2022 Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings by communicating internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth u2022 Responsible for developing and maintaining the Danfoss value proposition u2022 Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce What We're Looking For The ideal candidate possesses these skills: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience u2022 More than five years of sales experience u2022 Strong business acumen u2022 C-Level management experience u2022 Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries u2022 Capacity to work with and through others in a matrixed organization u2022 Salesforce or equivalent experience u2022 Strong communication and negotiation skills u2022 Good command of the English language u2022 Ability to travel up at 60% Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
