Description We are looking for an experienced IT Client Account Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools. Previous MSP experience is highly preferred. This role is hybrid, onsite in Boston 3-4 days a week. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and manage calendars for Client Leads, Consultants, and Technical Account Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation. u2022 Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and platforms such as ConnectWise or Autotask to track and maintain project workflows. u2022 Prepare and deliver detailed reports using standardized templates while ensuring accuracy and clarity. u2022 Foster strong communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships. u2022 Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and client satisfaction. u2022 Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. u2022 Support document coding and ensure proper handling of client-related documentation. u2022 Maintain and update relevant systems to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and platforms such as ConnectWise and Autotask. u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex schedules and multiple tasks. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations. u2022 Experience with document coding and maintaining accurate documentation. u2022 Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights through reporting. u2022 Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools. u2022 Previous experience working at a MSP is highly preferred.
