What Youu2019ll Do + Responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customers satisfaction + Troubleshoot and repair customer systems + Perform scheduled maintenance + Perform warranty work + Suggest system improvements, and modifications + Work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems. What you need to succeed: + Min 2 years Residential HVAC experience + High school diploma/GED + EPA Universal certification + Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus + Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives + No sales pressure environment + Strong interpersonal skills + Customer service oriented + Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment + Clean driving record Why should you join our team?
