Training Schedule: u2022 Mondayu2013Friday 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM Postu2011Training Schedule: u2022 Shift will vary (8u2011hour shifts assigned within operating hours) Anticipated Length of Assignment u2022 3u2011month contract u2022 Start Date: 4/17 u2022 End Date: 7/10 Position Overview This Customer Service Representative role supports Retail Banking colleagues by providing highu2011quality inbound phone support, coaching, and issue resolution in a fastu2011paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities u2022 Provide inbound phone support to Retail Banking colleagues regarding policies, procedures, systems, and customer service scenarios. u2022 Deliver coaching and guidance to promote best practices and elevate the customer experience. u2022 Resolve complex customer issues endu2011tou2011end while meeting service level agreements. u2022 Support overflow calls from other Lines of Business (Business Banking, Wealth Management, Lending). u2022 Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance workflows and service quality. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation in CSC systems. u2022 Participate in team huddles, calibrations, and ongoing training. u2022 Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Candidate Requirements + Ability to work 100% onsite and commit to the full 3u2011month contract assignment + Availability to work variable 8u2011hour shifts within operating hours (7:00 AM u2013 8:00 PM, 7 days/week) after training + Previous experience in customer service or call center support, handling inbound phone calls + Strong verbal communication, problemu2011solving, and customer service skills + Ability to navigate multiple systems, follow procedures, and document interactions accurately + Comfortable working in a fastu2011paced, performanceu2011driven call center environment + Willingness to support overflow calls and participate in ongoing training and team collaboration Please note that this is a contract positionu2014there is no guarantee that this position will be extended past the end date or converted to permanent status.
