*Job Title: Production Specialist** **Job Description** As a Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the finishing process of machined components. Your work ensures that every part leaving our facility meets strict quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing flawless parts. **Responsibilities** + Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined parts using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment. + Inspect parts visually and with measuring tools to ensure they meet quality specifications. + Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and process sheets. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Communicate any defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues to supervisors. + Work collaboratively with machinists, quality inspectors, and production staff. + Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency. + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. **Essential Skills** + Experience with deburring, grinding, and polishing. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to interpret blueprints and process sheets. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to perform general labor and production tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading manufacturer of premium archery and outdoor-sporting equipment, where we take pride in producing high-quality components with exceptional craftsmanship.
