Day to day, you will: + Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry ?ufe0f? + Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift ?ufe0f? + Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods u23f1ufe0fu27a1ufe0f + Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed ? + Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations ??ufe0f + Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards ?u26a0ufe0f + Coach, motivate, and recognize team members to drive engagement and performance ?? + Support training across safety procedures, retail standards, and profit protection ?? + Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a seamless guest experience ?? + Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement ??
