This role operateswith a high degree of autonomy and professional judgement overseeingdaily retrieval activities, serves as a subject matter expert on chartretrieval systems and processes, supports provider relationships andescalations, and ensures data integrity, productivity, and auditreadiness. The Senior Chart Retrieval Specialist identifies, assesses,and mitigates retrieval and documentation risk, partners closely withcoding teams and management to protect audit outcomes and regulatorycompliance.
