Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master with Technical Business Analyst skills to support a Data Engineering delivery team. This role bridges business requirements, technical delivery, and Agile execution, ensuring high-quality data products are delivered efficiently and aligned to business outcomes. The pay rate for this role ranges based on years of experience between $50-60/hour. Key Responsibilities u2013 Scrum Master u2022 Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. u2022 Remove impediments and support predictable delivery. u2022 Coach teams on Agile practices tailored for data engineering. u2022 Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and refinement. Key Responsibilities u2013 Technical Business Analysis u2022 Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data engineering initiatives. u2022 Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications. u2022 Support data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics requirements. u2022 Maintain traceability between business outcomes and delivered solutions. Stakeholder & Delivery Management u2022 Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. u2022 Support delivery planning, dependency management, and reporting.
