Final Assembly Technician

TRC is hiring for a Final Assembly Technician for a client located in Winston-Salem, NC! What You Get: $18.50/hour Monday-Friday Climate controlled environment Direct hire opportunity Benefits (medical, dental, vision) What You Will Be Doing: Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed workinstructions, technical drawings, and established procedures. Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assemblytasks. Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliancewith quality standards. Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to theappropriate personnel. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies,6S principles, and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficientworkflow and continuous improvement initiatives What We Need: High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing,bending, and reaching throughout the shift Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPErequirements Company Description:TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
