Retail Inventory Management Dealer Advisor

Position Summary: There are 2800+ dealers enrolled in ARO.The ARO Dealer Advisor provides direct support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in Mopar's Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program. This roleis responsible forassistingdealers with Best Stocking Level (BSL) approvals, understanding ARO order logic, improving OffShelfFill (OSF), andmaintainingoverall compliance with ARO system requirements. Advisors helpoptimizedealer inventory, troubleshoot ARO behaviors, and serve as the primary resource for AROrelated guidance. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily support to dealers on ARO ordering logic, BSL approval workflows, and OSF improvement strategies. Assistdealers with navigation and use ofDealerCONNECTARO tools, reports, and system messages. Troubleshoot stocking discrepancies, demand patterns, and order generation behaviors. Collaborate with internal Mopar teams including ICT, Operations, Pricing, and Finance when issues require escalation. Participate in dealer onboarding, training, and system activation for new ARO participants. Monitor dealer compliance andidentifyimprovement opportunities.
