Castle Peak, a senior care community located in scenic Eagle, CO, is hiring friendly, high-energy individuals to join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing activities for the residents in the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible positionShift Available:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM including either Saturday or Sunday every week. Wage Range: $18- $25 / hour depending on experience.Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle CO 81631Life Enrichment Assistant Responsibilities:Plan and monitor leisure activities for residents in both individual and group settings including community outings and outdoor activities. Encourage, support, and assist residents to help continue their individual interests and hobbies.Coordinate weekend, evening, and holiday events. Maintain an open working relationship with the resident's family/guardian.Observe and document activity attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement.Transport residents to and from activities of their choosing.Coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes.
