Short- and Long-Term Disability 401k Paid Holidays Paid Time off Responsibilities:- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair- Proficiency in plumbing and building techniques related to HVAC installations- Familiarity with HVAC/R codes and regulations- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Valid driver's license Please note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
