Subcontract Project Manager II

The Subcontract Manager position is a key senior member of the site-based subcontract team coordinating subcontract and service agreements through daily interface with subcontractors, service providers, owner representatives, field management team, project management team, and corporate support departments. The Subcontract Manager will possess a commercial /contractual proficiency along with experience in subcontract sourcing, field execution, commercial management, change management, safety, quality, and project controls. The individual should possess requisite leadership skills to motivate others, work with others, coordinate efforts and require a minimum amount of direction from project or executive management.
