Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this role Evaluation & Assessment: Performing theinitial evaluationto diagnose movement dysfunctions and conducting ongoing assessments to track physical progress.Clinical Strategy: Designing and revising aPlan of Care (POC)that sets specific, measurable goals tailored to the patient’s lifestyle and medical history.Advanced Intervention: Executing specialized manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques.Leadership & Oversight: Acting as the clinical lead by supervisingPhysical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), rehab techs, and mentoring PT students.What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
