We are seeking a talented and motivated Quantitative Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of sophisticated analytical models that support strategic initiatives. Position Overview The Quantitative Researcher will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and generating insights that influence key business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and programming, along with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations. This position offers flexibility with full-time and part-time opportunities, along with a hybrid work environment that combines remote and in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement quantitative models for forecasting, optimization, and risk analysisAnalyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and patternsApply statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methodsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, and business unitsTranslate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersBuild and maintain scalable data pipelines and modeling frameworksEvaluate model performance and continuously improve methodologiesConduct research on new quantitative techniques and industry best practicesPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative fieldStrong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languagesExperience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or quantitative analysisProficiency in data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Master's or PhD in a quantitative disciplineExperience working with large-scale data systems or cloud platformsFamiliarity with SQL and database managementKnowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, or optimization techniquesPrior experience in a research, analytics, or data science role Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 per yearAnnual Bonus: Typically 10% - 20% of base salary401(k) Retirement PlanComprehensive Health InsuranceDental and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance Coverage Work Environment & Flexibility Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities availableHybrid work model (remote and in-office flexibility)Collaborative and innovation-focused culture Eligibility Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United StatesUSA applicants only will be considered
