There is no penalty if production does not exceed base pay.Collaborative Hygiene WorkflowWe use a structured team-based model designed tosupport, not rush, the hygienist.Dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to youDelegation of x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing,polishingand fluorideStandard one-hour appointments for most proceduresExtended time allowed for periodontal procedures as needed.The goal is simple:You focus on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education — while your assistant supports workflow efficiency.This model allows many of our hygienists to significantly increase their earning potential whilemaintaininghigh standardsof care.
