Full-Time | Monday - Friday ? $80,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE) Our firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, workplace culture, and organizational success. As the HR Manager, you will work closely with leadership and employees across the company to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You will play a key role in ensuring our workplace remains organized, compliant, and a positive environment for our team. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring recommendations Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are set up for success Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance and internal documentation audits Provide guidance to management regarding employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management Assist with employee performance reviews and coaching conversations Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities for organizational improvement Track employee PTO and sick leave while ensuring compliance with company policy Manage HR systems and employee data (ADP experience preferred) Recommend updates to company policies, procedures, and employee handbook Assist with resolving workplace concerns and maintaining effective communication between departments Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee matters Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and U.S. employment laws Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and onboarding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience using HR systems such as ADP and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while supporting leadership and team members Benefits Competitive salary Bonus based on performance 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience) Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday (In-person only) If you are an HR professional who enjoys creating a strong workplace culture and helping organizations grow through great people, we encourage you to apply.
