Warehouse Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: Four Oaks, NC Pay Range: $18-$19.25 (dependant on shift and position) Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available What's the Job? Operate various equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the facility. Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials handled. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly. What's Needed? Previous forklift experience is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required for some positions. Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors. Physical ability to lift and move over 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, stooping, and reaching.
