This role is dynamic and hands-on;whileyou’llserve as the point of contact at the front desk,you’llalso beon your feet providing support wherever is needed. WhatWe’reLooking For At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean drivingrecord;able to valet park vehicles safely. Able to work Thursday-Monday3:00pm to 11:30pm. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Previouscustomer service experience, professional appearance, excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills. Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities; willing toassistin various areas. Team-oriented with a proactive approach and attention to detail; reliable in completing tasks accurately and on time. Knowledge of the local community,preferred. Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and staff. Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two(2)weeks of hire. Key Responsibilities Create a positive first impressionby performing valet parking services for residents and visitors. Deliver outstanding customer serviceby greeting residents, families, and visitors, answering calls, andanticipatingthe needs of residents, guests, and vendors. Respond promptly to emergencies,monitorresident call systems, and contact emergency services when necessary. Oversee building safety systems,including firealarms;follow emergency procedures andassistresidents during fires or severe weather. Handle administrative taskssuch as scheduling transportation,maintainingaccuraterecords, coordinating guest suite reservations, and ensuring suites meet RLC standards. Support community operationsbyassistingwith room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, event setup, and responsible alcohol service. Maintain cleanlinessincommon areasand ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times. Welcome new residentsand guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community. Manage office supplies,resident documents, and menus; perform clerical duties as assigned.
