What You Will Do Reprocess surgical trays post-surgery; ensuring they are decontaminated, cleaned, inspected, sterilized, correctly assembled within a timely manner and ready for the next case Operate sterile processing washers, sterilizers, ultrasonic and drying cabinets Participate in regular on-site training What You Need to Be Successful High School diploma or GED 1 year Sterile Processing experience with CRCST or CBSPD certification or 2 years’ experience CRCST or CBSPD certification (or willing to complete within 12 months of hire) What We're Offering You in Return STERIS is a global organization offering full time opportunities to join our growing team. We offer benefits including Medical/Vision/Dental, Paid Time Off, and a 401(k) with company match. Pay range for this opportunity is$22.07-$28.56.This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc. Open until position is filled.
