We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our established team and step into a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operations of our advisory practice.This is an in-office, salaried position ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing support role and enjoys being part of a small, values-aligned team with a long history of client trust. You’ll be the first face clients see when they walk through the door—and a key contributor behind the scenes.The RoleAs the Client Service Associate, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to a team of four advisors, helping ensure an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing service.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting clients, answering phones, and managing front-office hospitalityPreparing and processing paperwork for new accounts, ACATs, RMDs, and other routine transactionsMonitoring client documentation status (signatures, transfers, follow-ups)Maintaining CRM data (Redtail, Levitate) and uploading documents via LaserficheSupporting digital workflows via DocuSign and coordinating logistics for client eventsProviding occasional backup on 401(k) plan servicing and basic marketing coordinationAssisting with internal operations such as check deposits and calendar managementWhat Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role is defined by consistency, accuracy, and your ability to create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.
