Explore opportunities with us and help improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.Group: RoadPosition: Drainage EngineerLocation: Tampa or Orlando, FLWe are looking for a team oriented and technically gifted Drainage Engineer to become the next integral member of our Florida Road Group.Provide FDOT Roadway Support, particularly focusing on drainage design and implementationLead permitting efforts, ensuring compliance with WMD Permitting ProcessesLead pond siting activities, utilizing best practices and analysis methodsAssist in pursuit activities related to drainage projects, contributing technical expertiseMentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldFlorida Professional Engineer (PE) licenseProficiency in FDOT Drainage preferencesFamiliarity with WMD Permitting ProcessesExperience in pond siting methodologiesStrong proficiency in ICPR/HECRAS softwareOther duties as assigned Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
