Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.Documentation of 1+ year of clinical experience with geriatric patients preferred.Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures (gait training, transfers, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise) preferred.
