You’ll be part of an organization that values dignity, independence, and person-centered care, while supporting you with the tools, technology, and team needed to succeed.If you’re ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and vision,apply today and help set the standard for exceptional residential care.What You’ll DoProgram Leadership & OperationsOversee daily residential operations and ensure services align with regulatory and organizational standardsImplement and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and support strategiesEnsure accurate documentation and compliance within the electronic health record (EHR) and funder systemsParticipate in Seven Hills NeuroCare meetings and collaborate across affiliatesParticipant-Centered SupportCoordinate participant involvement in planning decisions that impact their livesSupport healthcare coordination, medical appointments, and treatment compliancePromote independence in daily living, financial skills, and community integrationServe as a liaison with families, guardians, and community providersMedication, Health & SafetyMaintain current medication and treatment orders in compliance with MAP standardsConduct MAP audits and ensure safe medication administrationRespond effectively to emergencies and safety concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe living environmentFinancial OversightSupport participant financial management in accordance with policyEnsure personal funds are used appropriately and accounts are balancedOversee petty cash and ensure timely payment of participant expensesStaff Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and support direct support professionalsLead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluationsFacilitate staff meetings, coaching, and problem-solving discussionsEnsure staffing schedules meet participant needs and regulatory requirementsApprove overtime in coordination with the Area DirectorCompliance & ReportingSubmit incident reports within required timelinesMaintain supervision files and payroll documentationSafeguard confidential and sensitive informationEnsure all policies, procedures, and funder regulations are followedWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree preferred1-3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferredExperience in health and human services strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with MAP and EHR systems preferredCertified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) a plusAdditional RequirementsValid Massachusetts driver’s license with safe driving recordWillingness to maintain required trainings and certificationsAvailability for on-call responsibilities as assigned
