Nuuly is looking for an experienced and analytically independent Analyst to join our Growth Analytics practice. Nuuly's growth team is excellent at media buying and campaign execution — this role is about deepening the analytical partnership with someone who can operate with autonomy, bring a point of view, and help the team ask smarter questions. You will own funnel and campaign performance analysis, lead monthly performance deep-dives, and help build out measurement for brand investments — including emerging approaches like Marketing Mix Modeling. If you are excited about connecting media spend to business outcomes, designing tests, and helping a fast-moving team make better decisions with data, this role is for you.Own funnel and paid campaign performance analysis across digital and brand channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), delivering proactive insights — not just reportsLead monthly performance reviews — investigating key metric movements MoM, surfacing root causes, and presenting findings to the Growth team and stakeholdersPartner with the Growth Team on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) efforts — contributing to model inputs, validating outputs, and translating results into spend recommendationsBuild, own, and iterate on Growth performance dashboards and reports in LookerDesign and support A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate channel efficiency and campaign impactConduct ad hoc analyses on budget efficiency, channel mix, and subscriber acquisition strategy with a high degree of independenceDocument analytical work thoroughly; QA your own queries and analyses before deliverySkills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, business, or a related field2-4 years of hands-on experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or a quantitative roleStrong SQL skills — able to write, read, and QA complex queries independentlyProficiency in Excel or Google SheetsDemonstrated experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest) — comfortable working directly in platform data and understanding media metricsExperience with data visualization tools such as LookerSolid grounding in statistical concepts, including significance testing, A/B and/or incrementality testing, and familiarity with regression and attribution approachesStrong communication skills; able to present findings and recommendations to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership clearly and confidentlyExposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts or outputs is a plusExperience in e-commerce, subscription services, or DTC growth marketing is a plusPractical experience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for analytical work tasks is a plusWhat You'll Learn with UsEnd-to-end paid media analytics - from channel-level performance to cross-channel attribution and MMMHow to measure the impact of brand marketing and creative decisions (a nuanced and high-value skill)SQL and Looker at production scale within a subscription businessHow to translate complex performance data into clear narratives and spend recommendations#LI-AZ1URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
