Responsibilities would include covering the OB emergency department, covering patients in labor & delivery, providing emergency gynecological consults, and being available for surgical assist needs. Great opportunity for someone looking for more work-life balance!Incoming physicians would be based out of Methodist Hospital of SacramentoHospital does approximately 1800 births/year24 hour back-up Ob on-call.Full time would be twelve 12 hour shifts/month and shifts can be done as 24 hour shifts.Additional compensation provided for doing additional shifts.Level II nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical CenterShareholder track opportunityGenerous compensation and benefitsSign on bonus and moving bonus available for full time applicantsEmployer provided tail insurance.Active board certification required.Compensation Range: $330,000- $339,000 plus bonuses.MD or DO degreeBoard-Certified in OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA)Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)DEA certificationStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsPassion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
