You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and high-quality care to patients with surgery needs.Opportunity Highlights:This service line is expanding.Practice Description:Multi-specialty clinic, this colorectal surgeon also supports Dignity Health Cancer Institute.Case mix/patient population: VariesPatients: 17+Outpatient: Average 60th-70th %ile combined productivity.Consults: Varies based on callTypical week:50 hours per week on average. 10 half days of clinic per month, 4 half days of endoscopy per month, Robot and open block time in addition to first come first serve OR availability. 50% hospital based practice.Procedures: Office based procedures: hemorroidectomy, anoscopy. Hospital based procedures: benign and malignant colon and rectal resections. IBD operations. Complex pelvic tumors in our multidiciplicanry CAPS program (Complex abdominopelvic surgery)Call: Every other week call shared with additional colorectal surgeon covering already established practice patients as well as new consultations and transfer from our large catchment area.Additional practice details: Multi-specialty clinic including General Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, Trauma team, Dignity Health Hernia Institute, clinic APP to help with post op/urgent established visits, Centralized Scheduling, Direct to colonoscopy program.MD or DO DegreeACGME Residency trainingFellowship in Colorectal SurgeryABMS Board Eligible of CertifiedValid State license or eligible to obtain one
