Based in Denver, CO, this Commercial Lines Client Service Manager opportunity focuses on supporting small to middle-market habitational clients. How you'll make an impactAs a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients. You’ll guide them through renewals, compliance, and enrollment processes, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs. You’ll analyze market trends, recommend policy changes, and identify opportunities to expand coverage. Your role will also involve preparing proposals, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and carriers. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.Be the first point of contact for your clients, delivering exceptional service.Prepare and present renewal and proposal documents.Manage account changes, certificates of insurance, and policy updates.Stay informed on market trends and advise clients on policy adjustments.Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to deliver tailored solutions. About YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Here’s what you’ll bring:A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.An active Property and Casualty Producer’s License.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Experience with habitational clients (like condos or HOAs) is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.A self-directed approach to managing multiple priorities.#LI-SP2#LI-Remote Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
