OverviewAt Gallagher,we’relooking for a Client Service Associate to join ourCommercialteam. In this role,you’llhelp clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions.You’llwork closely with colleagues to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and impactful. From helping with renewals to processing certificates of insurance,you’llhandle important tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.You’llalso collaborate with team members to improve workflows, nurture client relationships, andmaintainaccuratedata. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality results and meeting compliance standards. How you'll make an impactAssist with change request, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and enters client information into system applications and rates lines of coverage as needed. Provide administrative support in the form of front desk coverage and other duties.Enters accurate client information into agency management system and exports data as needed.Partners to create, maintain, and issues evidence of property insurance, auto and boat identification cards. Processes change requests, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and generates accurate invoices. Processes final cancellations, renewals, endorsements, acknowledgements, non-pays, reinstatements, and cancellations. Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance, as required.Actively engage in learning; study industry trends. Seeks out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.Maintains carrier updates and bulletins About YouA high school diploma orGED.Minimum of 1+ years relevant work experience.Proficiencyin Microsoft OfficeA desire to build relationships and deliver results.Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.Preferred qualifications:Anassociate'sdegree, professional certification, or equivalent training.Experience inmanaging client relationships.#LI-ES3ID - 2026-49389 Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
