Apogee has an opportunity fora Technical Consultant specializingin Finance Support to provide contractor sitereachback for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position providesfinancial managementexpertisefor studies and analysistasks,manpoweranalysis, and acquisition support.This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.Acquisition FinancialSupport:Providefinancial managementexpertisefor acquisition planning Develop cost estimates for programs and contracts Support budget analysis and financial planning Assist in financial aspects of acquisition strategiesManpowerAnalysis:Conduct financial analysis formanpowerrequirements Support resource allocation and cost modeling Develop cost estimates for workforce planning Prepare financial comparisons and trade-off analysesFinancial Tracking &Reporting:Maintainfinancial data and tracking systems Prepare financial status reports Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development Track and report on financial performanceProgrammaticSupport:Support financial aspects of Studies & Analysis tasks Assist in cost-benefit analyses Provide financialexpertisefor decision analysis Support business case developmentCostAnalysis:Review financial aspects of proposals and modifications Conduct cost reasonableness assessments Support cost estimate development Analyze funding requirements and availabilityMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance:Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearanceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, or related fieldYears of Experience: 5years of DoD financial management experienceAdditional experience:Knowledge of DoD financial management systems and processes Understanding of acquisition cost estimating Familiarity with FAR/DFARS cost principles Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in remote environmentPreferred Experience:Education: Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldYears of Experience: 3years of DoD financial management experienceAdditional Information:Location:Contractor Site (National - Remote)Remote: This is a full-time remote positionTravel: Travel up to 10% may be required, per the customer's discretion
