We are seeking a versatile professional to join our team in the hybrid role of Front Desk Agent & Part-Time Night Auditor. This unique position is designed for someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences during the day and can transition into the focused, autonomous world of overnight operations. As the face of our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for, while also serving as a guardian of the hotel’s financial accuracy during the night.This role will be three day shifts and two overnight shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Front Desk Operations:Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring both speed and accuracy.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.Proactively assist guests with expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.Financial Integrity & Night Audit:Conduct thorough night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies.Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.Maintain accurate records and ensure all daily reports are completed during overnight shifts.Problem Resolution & Safety:Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, resolving issues or complaints with empathy and poise.Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests during overnight hours.Collaborate closely with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless, high-quality stay.What We Are Looking ForVersatility: An individual who is comfortable balancing the social energy of daytime guest service with the responsibility of overnight shifts.Communication: A passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills to manage financial audits and maintain meticulous records.Responsibility: A dedicated professional who can work independently during the night while remaining a collaborative team player.Join our team of and embark on a rewarding career in hospitality, where you can make a difference in our guests' stay.
