Job Title: Executive Administrator II Location: Spring, Texas Contract Duration: 1 Year Compensation: $55 u2013 $60 per hour (DOE) About the Role: Kellyu00ae is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-level administrative support for senior leaders at our client's Global Headquarters in Spring, Texas. This role is onsite and instrumental in ensuring seamless operations for the Global Markets, Planning, and Marketing teams within a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities: + Executive & External Meeting Coordination: + Schedule and coordinate complex meetings and events, both internal and external, involving global customers, partners, and stakeholders. + Ensure executive-level scheduling support for high-priority business engagements. + Travel & Expense (T&E) Standards & Budget Oversight: + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all T&E policies and communicate updates to the administrative team. + Monitor and support T&E policy adherence for all supported leaders and teams. + Meeting & Time Management Standards: + Drive efficient meeting practices, including optimizing duration and reducing unnecessary default time blocks. + Protect executive time by aligning participants and agenda focus. + Calendar Management: + Manage complex executive calendars, strategically balancing priorities across multiple departments. + Anticipate conflicts and make scheduling decisions aligned with business goals. + P Card & AMEX Administration: + Serve as P Card holder and complete accurate monthly reconciliations. + Reconcile all AMEX charges for executives on a timely basis. + General Administrative Support: + Prepare documents, presentations, and communications for leadership as needed. + Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion. + Support cross-functional projects and HQ initiatives as required. Qualifications: + 10 plus years of prior experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a large/global organization + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills + Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality + Top 3 Required Skills/Technologies: 1. Exceptional organizational skillsu2014demonstrated ability in proactive planning and project management 2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 3.
