Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.Experience using Prognosis EMR preferred.Ability to manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day.Experience collaborating with PTAs, PT technicians, and other multidisciplinary clinicians preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Shift Name: Days.Start Date: Late April.Length: 13 week assignment with option to extend.Typical patient volume: 12-14 patients per day.On-site team includes 1 PTA, 1 PT Technician, and 1 Chiropractor.EMR: Prognosis. The area features waterfront recreation at Mandalay State Beach and Ventura Harbor Village, a commuter-friendly location with Amtrak and Metrolink service within reasonable driving distance, and an outdoor-oriented lifestyle with nearby hiking in the Los Padres National Forest and coastal cycling routes.
